1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Evolve, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Evolve is

Evolve is an AI-powered fitness coaching app that provides personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and coaching. It is a digital tool — not a substitute for a licensed medical professional, registered dietitian, or certified personal trainer.

3. Health disclaimer ⚠️

Exercise involves inherent risk. By using Evolve you acknowledge:

→You are voluntarily participating in physical exercise
→You should consult a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have existing health conditions
→Evolve's AI-generated plans are general recommendations, not medical advice
→You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and capabilities

4. Your account

→You must be 16 or older to use Evolve
→You are responsible for keeping your password secure
→You must provide accurate information — especially health data, since it affects your AI-generated plans
→One account per person — don't share accounts

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

✕Attempt to access other users' data
✕Abuse, scrape, or overload the service
✕Use the app to generate harmful or illegal content
✕Reverse engineer or copy the application
✕Share your account credentials with others

6. Subscriptions & billing

Evolve offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription. By subscribing:

→You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
→You can cancel anytime — you'll keep access until the end of your billing period
→We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods
→We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual property

The Evolve app, its design, and code are our property. Your personal data (workouts, logs, health info) belongs to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolve is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the app or the AI-generated recommendations. Use the app at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you by email for significant changes.
