1. Who we are

Evolve ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered personal training app. We help you train smarter with personalized workouts, nutrition guidance, and adaptive coaching that learns how you perform over time. Questions or concerns? Reach us at admin@precision-training.app.

2. What data we collect

Account data

Your name, email address, and password (hashed — we never see it in plain text).

Health & fitness data

Goals, fitness level, body weight, workout history, set and rep logs, check-ins, injuries, and any health notes you choose to share. This data exists solely to personalize your experience.

Payment data

Subscription tier and billing status. We do not store your card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.

Affiliate & referral data

If you participate in our affiliate program, we store your referral code and track signups attributed to you for payout purposes.

Usage data

Pages visited, features used, and errors encountered — used to improve the app and diagnose issues.

3. How we use your data

→To generate personalized workouts, meal plans, and AI coaching responses
→To track your progress and improve recommendations over time (AdaptIQ)
→To process your subscription and manage your billing through Stripe
→To track affiliate referrals and calculate payouts
→To send push notifications (only if you opt in)
→To send account-related emails (verification, password reset, receipts)
→To diagnose and fix bugs and errors

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following services to operate:

Supabase

Database and authentication. Your data is stored securely on Supabase-managed servers with row-level security enforced on all tables.

OpenAI

Powers AI coaching, workout generation, and meal planning. Relevant profile data (goal, fitness level, health notes) is sent to OpenAI to generate your plans. OpenAI's data use policy applies.

Stripe

Handles all payment processing and subscription management. We never see or store your card details — Stripe holds them under PCI-DSS compliance.

Vercel

Hosts the application. Network request metadata may be logged by Vercel for infrastructure purposes.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data (e.g. performance benchmarks) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be tied back to you.

→Delete your account and all associated personal data
→Export your data in a portable format
→Opt out of non-essential communications at any time

7. Security

We use row-level security on all database tables, HTTPS everywhere, and hashed passwords via Supabase Auth. No system is bulletproof — if you find a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to admin@precision-training.app.

8. Children's privacy

Evolve is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. For material changes, we'll notify you via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after that date constitutes acceptance.
